Just wanted to share with folks that when looking for a new job, you also need to have free search tools to find a home for rent.
According to Google search, the top 5 sites to search for Homes For Rent are:
1. Rentals
2. RentalHouses
3. RentSpeed
4. Move
5. Realtor.com
I’ve also seen new competition from RentNice.com where users can find Homes For Rent, with free searches for rentals, and low cost ads for landlords.
The RentNice.com site has gained dramatically on google and now is up there with Rentals.com and RentalHouses.com, when you search for House Rentals.
We wrote on this blog not but a few days ago that we were in the top 4 in google, and now we are at number 2 for Rental Homes in Marietta Ga. We trail only Rentlist.net now
Not sure why we keep moving so fast, but nice to see it.

RentNice.com is actively listing Vacation Rentals, with free searches for those going on vacation, and low cost annual ads for vacation property owners.

The Atlanta House Rentals market is a popular area for us and has been one of best searches coming from google.
