This is another one that is amazing me. If you search on Google for House Rentals, our website comes up in 3rd, behind the big boys: Rentals and Rentalhouses.
Technically, since those 2 other sites are owned by the same company, that puts us in second place. I’ll do some more research. 
In a show of how popular our rentals site is, Google has now tagged us with the sitelinks feature.
This is reserved for the most popular site. If you go to google.com search and type in rentnice.com, then you’ll see a handful of these popular pages on our site.

A search on Google for houses to rent in the dallas metro area will show RentNice.com so high in the ranking that we are second only to rentalhouses.com. We are proud of getting listed so high next to RentalHouses.
We continue our amazement with our fast movement on the search charts. RentNice.com is the second listed site for metro rent San Francisco. The leading site is currently metrorent.com. We hope to pass MetroRent shortly.
You will not see either the Rentals or RentalHouses sites on the page.
We just noticed a nice trend on our RentNice.com site for condo rental searches on Google for sacramento area condos rentals. We trail only condo.com in this search.
We are really growing fast for California searches for rentals, including condos.

Our friend Dan at RentMarketer.com has introduced a new service that aggregates listings from multiple rental sites — it’s called RentBits.com. It’s clean, clear, and useful.
We here at RentNice.com are looking to add our rental listings to give our customers more exposure over there as well. Nice job Dan!

Well I knew it was about to happen, but wasn’t sure just when. Now, RentalHouses.com raised their ad fees an additional $10.
It is now $49.oo for 30 days… $79.00 for 60 days… and $109 for 90 days.
See our home rental ad rates and you’ll wonder how long they can do this to customers, especially in this economy.
I suspect Rentals.com to be next — they are the umbrella company that includes RentalHouses.
